LM35 Laminating Epoxy

LM35 is a 100% solids two component clear epoxy binder boasting high flexural and compressive strength combined moderate tensile strength and great elongation properties make for a very strong product with increased flex memory without the brittle cracking typically found in other epoxy coatings. Additional additives control UV stability and substrate outgasing that causes delaminations, micro air pockets, and help prevent air bubbles during mixing. The additives also lower the viscosity making the product easy to apply all without aid of any solvent for 100% voc compliance.

HC36 Hot Coat Finishing Epoxy

HC36 is a high gloss two component 100% solids epoxy designed to be used in finish coat composite applications with out the use of surfacing agents, styrene wax or solvents making it 100% voc compliant. HC36 is a much higher viscosity with excellent surface tension this means more product on the part not on the floor. It has excellent sanding qualities with out the use of additives like Micro balloons that can make epoxy brittle and crack. Because of its great flexibility multiple coats will not change the flex as much as most epoxy systems. The flex also helps absorb impacts were other epoxy would spider crack. HC36 can also be used in laminating where more flexibility is needed than LM35.
