Resin-X

Resin-X is a 100% solids two component moisture cure urethane developed for the composites industry to offer unique qualities in dynamic flex, vibration dampening, chemical resistance and UV stability that simply are not attainable in epoxy. Our unique Patented and trademarked formula has a large variety of uses in both the composites and industrial markets as both a structural resin and a long lasting topcoat. Resin-X can also be used as a topcoat in the pre-preg laminates. RTM use is also possible with Resin-X. Available in three speeds.

Epoxy

We offer two epoxy resin systems. A high modulus laminating resin, and a fill coat or hot coat type resin that was made to sand easier without the use of solvenated surfacing agents. These epoxies offer a lot of bang for the buck and are more tailored to have resin-X type flex qualities. Both are medium speed. These epoxies have lots of great additives in them to make them both more user friendly and UV stable.

H20 / UV Clear Coat

The answer to modern finishing problems in the composites industry. This waterborne clear coat is a water submersible in three days at 70 degrees and 50% humidity. Dry to the touch in 15-30 minutes. Spray or brush application. Sands in as little as little as 30 minutes. Fills weave. Excellent exterior wood finishing product. This product has lots of UV additives making it a great Top coat for more yellowing type products like Epoxy. Also makes products Like Resin-X that are hard to finish out much easier get a quality durable product out the door. Not only do you get a nice finish and feel but hard durable product in a waterborne technology that is about as safe as you can get in this day and age.

Resin-X Final Finish

Resin-X final finish is for when you need the hardest possible gloss-satin finish in a resin-X or epoxy products. Made for the sole purpose of getting a nice polish with epoxy or Resin-X. This Fast drying almost instantly water submersible product adds very little weight. Making it ideal for fast entry into marine applications. This product has densefiers that lock onto the service of Resin-X and epoxy making the actual polished surface harder than resin-X or epoxy would be on its own. The more this product comes in contact with water the more polished it gets.
